Mike was the best professional and friend that one could have when it came to not only selling our past home but finding and purchasing our new one as well. He not only came prepared with information on the local area which helped us easily decide what to list our home for, but with listing in the areas in which we wished to purchase/view homes in as well. Upon listing our house we had offers within 2 days after viewings and Mike was on the ball again for us, instantly communicating with us to help us reach the proper decision. Our house sold in under a week! Everything worked out splendidly with the help of Mike, we'd use Mike again for our own needs and also highly recommend Mike to our friends and family to ensure a not only professional approach, but a true friend when it comes to the sale and/or purchase of a home.
